Uned 5
S4C’s flagship youth magazine programme has been on air since February 1994. It was broadcasted twice weekly on the early evening slot; Wednesday (18:00 - 19:00) and Friday (18:00 - 19:00). Since September 2009 it has moved to a lunchtime slot on Sundays (12:30 – 14:30) The show is broadcast from a purpose built house in a studio in Caernarfon, and features a mixture of entertainment, news, celebrity guests, lively discussions, competitions, sketches, filmed interviews, and live bands. Since 1994, Uned 5 has had 16 presenters, all of whom have gone on to present further programmes for S4C, the BBC local and Network and ITV. More information on UNED 5 is available at www.uned5.co.uk
Air Ambulance
Antena are currently updating a Promotional DVD for the Wales Air Ambulance,as they are now using a new aircraft, and therefore Antena’s original DVD is outdated. The DVD will be an aid for much needed fundraising throughout Wales. Antena are also responsible for the Wales Air Ambulance website.
Welsh Language Board
A short film about transfering the language in the family.
Hyder/Dwr Cymru
Two educational films, the first about the success of the Blue Flag campaign, and the second explaining how the sewerage system works.
Snowdonia National Park
A fifteen minute DVD on the history and present use of Plas Tan y Bwlch, produced in six languages.
Hafod Eryri
Hafod Eryri is the name for the new Visitor Centre on the summit of Snowdon. The old cafe was famously dubbed Wales’ highest slum by no other than HRH Prince Charles. The building has been demolished and a brand new Centre is being built on the site, it should be open to the Public in 2008. Antena have aquired the exclusive rights to film the process, and will be producing a promotional DVD as well as a full documentary of this exciting project.
